This permanently deletes the email address and subscription status we store on our server for Locking In Now. It does not affect any active Google Play subscription - cancel that separately from the Play Store if you want to stop billing.
Everything else (block lists, check-ins, mood logs, focus session history) already lives only on your device and is removed automatically when you uninstall the app.
